Yes, but if there is an offer and more than 50% vote YES, say goodbye to your shares. It does not matter that the board is against it. I'd vote NO, because I believe the chances of commercialization are more than fair, and I want $200 per share and not $20, but I can see that many people would vote yes for an instant 200% profit. And in truth, even if you strongly believe resunab will work out, you can't be 100% sure and it is tempting to accept. Top 10 holders control 40% of the shares, so if all refuse to sell the offer would have to be very sweet to convince almost everyone else. But $1bn for a company that has not even completed a phase II would be a very high bid. I believe we'll know by the end of this week if an offer is coming this year. Else they will wait until after results, but they will have to pay more if results are very good.
