``ACTL``Investors dream of getting in plays at bottom and riding it up... and that's what plays like ACTL offers folks... Much better to take a chance with a stock at absolute bottom with 1500%-5000% upside potential and than to buy a stock trading for $100 and being able to only buy like 20 shares and then 2% moves in price...
