And too bad too that the ink on any agreement won't even be dry before every one of these countries will be cheating. Like it or not OPEC is impotent because the shale producers are now the swing producers.

By the way, I am invested in numerous oil and gas companies so there is nothing I would like more than oil prices going up. But, like with ERHC, I am not going to pretend oil prices are going go up just to help my investment, I am going to tell the truth instead.
