edit .. btw .. the reason i note the legit bid jumped .. is because the 4000 (last trade) is a partial fill
(and amazingly enough per provider of data .. not split)

it is always possible that the jumped bid is totally legit and not a CE *wash trading* PTOI .. but
when it comes to PTOI's *trading patterns* .. i'm from the *show me* state .. ;)
