No websites, no business license (and now late fees), no drones or other products available, no money to spend on anything and a late SEC report which should get this stock delisted any day now. No news, no communication from the CEO. 10 Billions OS, 3 Reverse Splits, constant late filings and selling of shares. Known employees (1- his wife: we wont count him), the Location of Travel America Guide: in a junkyard. Tried calling the number to talk to Wayne? No answer. Location of his office: P.O box. Known to hire people who has SEC problems... Wayne has a list of them. CEO location: UNKNOWN

Wayne also let this baby go to no bid so anyone buying now is basically flushing your money down the toilet. Not like alot of people are buying this anyway. It sits with no volume for days on end.


Who would spend money on a stock with no license that is needed to keep a business open? Plan to Average Down? Good luck with that.

Buyers here become bagholders. No future in this stock.

Best of all, Waynes no where to be found to explain why he shut this one down. Maybe the SEC was hot on his case.
