And maybe the most important fact that everyone seems to be overlooking, is that Cuba seems unwilling to resolve this issue quickly. They are trying to hold the cards and determine the outcome. While I believe they are backed into a corner economically, they don't care. This regime currently does NOT have its best interest of its people and will have to be removed first.
This is so complex, but holding as long as I have to. Could be resolved in a few months or many, many years.
And even if they say they've reached a resolution, it could still be years before we see any of the money. Might be two new presidents from now lol.
