Good morning Ben. Thank you for your confidence in bBooth. The recent funding disclosure was to close out the final piece of a round we did several weeks ago, virtually all from existing investors. The round was priced when our stock was trading at $0.08. As you can tell, confidence is very high right now. Those funds will be used almost entirely to support growth from a very full sales-pipeline. We just brought on 9 full-time coders and quality control staff. I can't begin to describe the level of excitement among our team, our Board, our advisors and other insiders right now. And we can't wait till the IR campaign kicks in - expected in the next week or so.
