Not only are we taking a risk , I believe we are all in Uncharted Territory with the chapter 11 filing. A perfect example. When they announced they were going to file for chapter 11 my friend's broker who was very closely aligned with the company told my friend that you cannot buy stock in the company anymore. Well that turned out to be wrong. Thank God somebody on the Yahoo message boards posted if you put a Q on the end of the symbol it takes you to a board where you can still buy the stock.. this is a broker with a Brokers license who'd been around awhile and he didn't even know that you could still buy the stock for about 6 or 7 weeks before the actual filing.
