GNCP - Thanks for confirming that GNCP was part of a conspiracy to defraud shareholders, and that ALL of the parties involved and counter to the intent were in on the operation.

The only "conspiracy" involved Lumb, Lowenthal, Blom, and the other insiders.

And to boot, not only do short sellers and insiders walk away with shareholder equity, they also have a narrative.

The ENSSFM don't exist; just the insiders, that you defended for so very long, ripping you off.

Funny, with all of the heavy press on this one,

no charges have been brought upon the directors or principles of GNCP.

Unfortunately, the SEC doesn't seem to want to bother chasing down penny fraudsters from out-of-country.

That is the piece of the puzzle that is most glaring to anyone and everyone following along.
