An interesting read, second time I've read it through out of curiosity.

Stockpile Reserves LLC seem to have a big interest but information on that company is hard to find, I wonder who owns it?

Perhaps FLPC will eventually be sold to a company that has expertise and background in running commercially profitable mining businesses.

Not sure that the numbers add up to a massive amount of recoverable Sb according to this report though?
