A new company is being formed with the one money making asset the old company has going for it.

I have yet to see what percentage of stock of the new company if any that current shareholders are going to receive of the new company.

If the IMNP shareholders are not getting shares in the new company it appears the IMNP shareholders are getting hosed.

Just maybe the reason the price fails to rise on the news.
