I guess the judges and potentially CAFC will determine the "spuriousness" of patents in this case.

Sadly for BUNGIE and ATVI and their employees, they will have to prove invalidity, not just wish validity away to legitimize their theft!

Oh and the patents are from 1995 and have a number of follow ons, meaning every time a subsequent patent was issued, the prior art was reviewed.

I would suggest anyone that hasnt read the court docs and filings do so as they may learn a great deal about the inaccurate assumptions Regarding the patents being made on this board!

Diligence is key!
