No matter how it's cooked, Saban's the chief and anyone else is expected to toe the line. On the flip side, if Kiffin lost that job, he might have trouble getting another - except maybe in the SEC. He did not make a good impression out here at all. And honestly, with the talent that Alabama can recruit- any OC worth his salt could do well with that team.
