There is no deciding factor wether or not common shares will be canceled or not. The whole restructuring plan that is currently up for approval has common shares intact. If you read the POR it should explain everything for you as far as what percentage of the company common share holders are getting. I'd say when all is said and done are shares will be worth 4 or 5 dollars:). The objective of the company is to maximize share holder value. From what I can see this is going to play out very well for Share holders. Glty
