my guess election year, plus manipulation, overall silver moves on a 20 yr cycle, I think greed will push it sooner and the need in improved tech. load now till 2022 and you'll be good, till then i'm betting on a drop towards 10-14 range before summer maybe if lucky lower but don't know if the market is sustainable these days under those levels overall upside in the bull run will be 50-maybe-75ish is my guess
