If the Judge has declare an avater to be 3 dimensional then he is on LCD and totally incompetent.

This is the crux of the matter:

Fools deciding about things they know nothing about.

And the primary cause, apart from my bad grammar, is the system that allowed the patent in the first place.

No matter how this goes, WDDD wise, the gross ignorance of patent deliver's must be expunged from the software world.

I don't give two hoots about WDDD and their nefarious activities ...
