I read all that and like you said it need's more clarity. looks like there holding off on those notes for now. it does not state if they can buy the notes back. like you said I do not think they want to dilute when there major share holders them self. if they get the business which I think they will with the things they got coming down the pipe line there should be no problem with buying those notes back.
