AGREED MOTION FOR 30-DAY EXTENSION
OF TIME FOR DEFENDANT TO ANSWER OR OTHERWISE PLEAD
Plaintiff, STRIKEFORCE TECHNOLOGIES, INC., and Defendant, CENTRIFY
CORPORATION, by their undersigned counsel, respectfully request this Court enter a 30-day
extension, until September 11, 2016, for Defendant to move, answer or otherwise respond to the
Plaintiff’s Complaint. In support of this Motion, the parties state as follows:
1. On June 20, 2016, Plaintiff filed its Complaint against Defendant (Dkt. 1).
2. Defendant was served with the Summons and Complaint on June 21, 2016;
Defendant’s response to the Complaint is presently due August 11 2016.
3. This extension request is the second such request by the parties. On July 8, 2016,
the parties filed a consent motion for a 30-day extension of time to answer or otherwise respond
to the Complaint (Dkt. 11). Since that time, the parties have been engaged in discussions
regarding potential resolution of this matter. The parties seek the present extension request to
enable furtherance of those resolution discussions.
