Hi chakalalaBoom - I just don't know the answers. I am counting on them getting positive terms financing because they already have been able to do that, and I think these guys likely have good, strong connections. But, it's a guess.

Re the SS, it's something I am keeping an eye on because as I stated in the sticky there is still some convertible debt at very low prices, and it looked to me in the 10k that they were spreading out payments over 36 months but who knows and the lower the price gets the more shares that converts to. I am hopeful that such debt will be re-organized/paid off soon but until it happens it is an issue for me.
