Countdown On To Another Infamous Milestone

In less than 55 days, Management will be 1 year behind on reporting. Hard to imagine how regulatory agency compliance (SEC: 10-K and 10-Q's) can be such a non-priority.

I wonder if the next ones will be as disappointing as the 3rd Quarter 2015 (last one). To me, that is the only reason for this delay happening other than total disregard for the stockholders who put their money into this company.
