I'm starting to see that being non reporting and no PR since 2010 with no filing since 2013. It also appears like they snuck that last update out which seems quite shifty calling it a mail bag rather than disclosing it to OTC Markets where it would be on record. It makes one think that they don't want a record of anything disclosed and makes them look really sneaky. I'm thinking this may be bought out and only picked up a small position being apprehensive on it. If something happens, I'd rather chase a run rather than being stuck with a little volume stock with no buyers that has a problem reporting properly.
