I take great solace in knowing that career criminal and NWGC CEO Rutabaga Bob is spending all his ill-gotten financial gains (OK, loot from numerous frauds) enjoying his golden years in restraints at a locked-up gubmint nuthouse in ice-cold northern Alberta.

This is really better than any prison sentence he could have been given.

And, unlike the investor munny he's stolen/looted over several decades, Rutabaga Bob has earned this retirement.
