Actually......YES! Lets just say that no one has shown up to "testify" yet.....let me know when that happens....OK?......and as I have said all along.....what does this have to do with C 1912-2001 which is in the SUPREME COURT of Chile? This is all a smoke and mirror job by both the con men TO TAKE the focus off of the permanent delisting that will be happening in 6 days.

BTW.....why aren't JL/BJ going after the BCSC in Canada? Why aren't they going after Barrick in Canada....that's where they are based...not Chile.

Do you ACTUALLY think something will come of this? Nothing will....just like EVERY SINGLE court case JL has lost. JL has had plenty of people testify in court....remember Ms Emery? She was going to jail wasn't she? What ever happened to that? The Barrick executives....what happened to that?

And why all this sideshow if JL is able to "mine right now by force if necessary"? Remember....NOBODY has the right to mine Mina Pascua until C 1912-2001 is resolved....even if JL was part of it...which he is not....that right there shows he is a con man.

Within a few weeks this 347th court attempt by JL will be lost or tossed.....just watch.....GUARANTEED AT LAW!!!!!
