Low $Crude Oil is good for TNK fundamentally as costs are lower to run ships while Global Oil production war has been good, too, allowing for more need for tankers to not only transport, but to store oil.
But I also understand the overall market affect & correlative price with Crude Oil is a factor and preventing institutions from buying this more (or holding it).
This is looking good for developing short term opportunity, but also I agree & have been already saying that long term this is a good prospect which market is ignoring.
