Further, I find it more than coincidental that Kallo stock collapsed in Sept 2015 the same time India bank allocated funds for PMC role. All those jobs Kallo was looking to hire was in management support of this rollout.

Hiring ceased and some people left. Yet there remains 10 or so LinkedIn references and multiple quarters of insider funding Kallo. Large equity stakes accumulated. If it "Is Over", it was over a year ago, yet all these folks still maintain a Kallo reference and funding was provided and equity accumulated and ITD acquired a huge facility that has significant increases likely in operational and taxation costs which requires a significant increase in business to justify the manufacturing footprint. One off trailers or those that can be produced in succession do not justify it, IMO.
