NEW PRESS RELEASE THIS MORNING.
Nothing earth shattering. COTE still trying to secure $$ funding to start ramp up in fulfilling existing orders.

I think they have a large purchase order from the Middle East initiated from a PR in the past that hasn't been canceled.

I'm sure that may be one of the reasons GC and Nick are trying to get things moving.
