I'm pretty sure this election will do it... once those who are completely against renewables see everyone is fleeing the Fossil fuel party all renewable energy stocks will rise...shit ...there's an entire new generation of traders coming in who will pay .02 cents for Andalay not knowing about hundredths of fractions below of traders holding Millions at tenths of a cent waiting for a perfect release.... There's about a 4% group of people in the world that can see this. Those you don't bet against.
