The SEC is slow and for low life scumbags slowly killing investors, it is not a priority.

But with like 10 scams running I Believe their days are numbered.

Try calling the Miami office of the SEC. They are one of the offices that specialize in small cap fraud. Just a short road trip to cuff someone.
