Eminent domain is when the gubmint takes private property (real estate) and uses it (allegedly) for a public purpose. There is no real estate involved ehre.

LOLOL!!! I understand the frustration, because when Microsoft, Google, the WiFi industry, and handicapped (hearing impaired) people OBJECT to a proposal by a pennystock in Washington, the bureaucrats just push it through anyway. Right?? Bwahaha!!!

The GSAT TLPS proposal for a license was already dead - now it's just deader than dead - a dead zombie.

LOLOLOL!! - Lobbyists and mega-corporations like MSFT and Google and handicapped people just have no influence in DC.

Butt a pennystock does. Right??? Especially one that refuses to do adequate independent testing to support their claims of non-interference.

Especially when a megacorporation like Microsoft submits evidence that TLPS interferes with an already existing broad user base.
