indicative of a *need* for 20000 in *volume*
to *offset* the known longs' picks today @ bid of .. bingo .. 20000

or it could be some actual P2O investor scrounged thru their seat cushions for some change .. and hit the ask because they could .. lol

throw that dart for which *event* seems plausible

regardless of that *last trade* size .. it doesn't negate known longs' picks today re: PTOI =20,000/22,430 = 89.16%
