There's no reason to bring up the lawsuit. Sometimes lawsuits, especially investor lawsuits can drag on for years. I cannot understand why Apptech doesn't address the most important subjects:

Status of DTC lock?
Status of registration statement?
What happened to previously announced acquisition?
What about the patents?

Forceone1 is using the lawsuit as a distraction rather than discussing the most fundamental and important issues.

I ask one more time, name ONE THING, just one, that Apptech said it was going to do that they actually did? If this were a baseball game Apptech would be batting zero.
