Corporate taxes and Declaration of Independence!!!!
First on corporate taxes presently 35% whoope do and you get nothing
for the 35% because companies relocate. Hence you could have 100% since
35% of nothing is nothing. However if you bring these companies back
you collect 15% of something. You reduce unemployment and make tax payers
out of the jobs brought back. Huge win for tax payers.
Now to demonstrate how stupid our legislators are, you have a document
called the Declaration of Independence which says we have the RIGHT
TO LIFE, LIBERTY, AND PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS. The liberty part means we
should not be subjected to laws that would deprive us from our freedom
if we have not harmed another citizen, or committed treason against
our country. Putting it in perspective we had prohibition and with it
we had crime, murders and our government finally sees the light and makes
alcohol legal and crime went down and tax revenues went up. Did our
legislators learn from the past not no but hell no so they pass drug
laws which created cottage industries of drug dealers, crime, and murders
to compound it they now arrest and incarcerate people who have not
harmed anyone in society but possess drugs. Now to keep these people
in prison we the tax payers pay for it. The idiots are taking our money
putting people in prison that should never be there. Common sense says
release them all and legalize every drug and collect taxes from Walgreens
and other legal sellers of drugs. You take the tax money along with the
cost of keeping people in prison and without raising taxes a cent we
would have better schools, better infrastructure, less crime.
Now to make this easier for you to understand remember we have the right
to pursuit of happiness. Well you can't even define pursuit of happiness
since we are all different and have different views of what makes us
happy. Hence if you want to do drugs in your home and it makes you
happy who are we to tell you that you can't? We have a right to
imprison you if you harm another citizen but otherwise it is none of
our business. If a man wants to marry another man and it makes you sick
to think about it who are you to tell them what they can do? In other
words a American should have any and all rights to what is their pursuit
of happiness, just don't do it and then harm another citizen.
Old saying if you don't stand for something you will lose everything.
There are 3 people in this world one is a fool who is clueless about
what goes on, next is the damn fool who comprehends what goes on and
does nothing about it, and finally the smart person who sees and
understands things and realizes they can better their life or do
something about things.
It is time for all of you to stand up and understand freedom, and
pursuit of happiness and not be allowing laws be passed that takes
this away from us.
