Rusty hasn't had a reason to care about the ticker since I've been on here. He's even said it himself. The restricted share payout in the first quarter gave him a reason to care. My best guess is a standard 1 yr restriction on the shares, although it could have been 6 months. I think taxes are paid on the share price when the restriction is lifted too, which would give them a reason to wait until after the restriction to promote. Someone smarter than me can correct me on that if I'm wrong.
