I'm not too worried about dilution. It's common practice for spreadsheet companies developing new technology to pay normally high salaried company higher-ups with common shares to save limited revenue needed for R&D. If all pans out, the dilution of total issued common shares will not have a huge unbearable impact on our common share holdings. What's important is: "Is the MRI going to be a success?"
