SPARK, here with BTFL...

I'm risking that these guys have too much to lose to sit back and let BTFL go down the drain. Huge growth and gains could come by them filing and moving forward or simply allowing new management to come in to save the company and their positions if they are not capable of doing so.

Any kind of a positive plan could bring a huge positive turnaround from these levels. I just find it hard to believe that these guys are going to simply throw in the towel. I risking that such is not the case.
