I have a similar situation in another company. Know them and local to where I live. They do put out PR's when appropriate but they aren't selling shares for profit. Ergo a legit company. I think we have the same deal here. And while I don't pretend to understand or like some of the things RS has done or said, I do think he is sincere about building ENCC. Time will tell.
