Lol, lets get this straight. They tried to devlelop drug, failed. Stock plunges. They wait 6 months, backed by about one third institutional ownership, dont do a reverse split, and get shares back above a dollar to annoumce they failed again LOL.

Much more realistic is that they knew they would make adjustments needed to get this passed and move on. This is why you see more institutional investments in the millions of dollars.

They will make an announcement soon, well before month end about this and than us longs will be laughing
