Remember it was dated 08/04/16, so settlement is on for quite some time now. Would love to see SFOR squeeze every dime out of these three infringers. If they need few extra weeks, be it.

Looking at the prayer of relief document http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=123823544 of all three infringers I expect any number between $30m-$100m per infringer.

The rumors are actually totally incorrect. If you check we havent issued a share since March and have no plans to. We have plenty of capital from our last patent lawsuit of which we now have 3 that are ALL in discussions to settle.

Therefore your answers are no and no. No plans for a r/ s or any dilution.
