I wanted to discuss this on the board to see if anybody sees it as well, otherwise why hold on to the shares if there is no hope in the future?
I have just came on board last week. So I do want to say that I do understand the feeling of many putting so much into this company only to see it get sold for so little. It can be frustrating.
One of the things we found interesting is that the 13-D filer went from 9.2% ownership to 0%, and we have determined that he was bought out so that URBF can reduce the shares from 500M to 75M. Why would they do that? Our own reasoning is that Bevo Argo doesn't really want to acquire that many shares, but will acquire them before the end of the year.
If anyone can see that reasoning, great! If not, chime in your thoughts.
