I don't mind Ricco getting paid back, but, I would think Stan and Gill would wait until December.

I think most of the movie deals POWN makes are just options on the IP. Money would only go to POWN if the movie went into filming.

"The Annihilator" was different, with POWN getting money upfront for the IP.
