Does anyone have any information on what is going on at CopSync? I see they recently had 3 Directors depart and the NASDAQ has instituted delisting procedures which leads me to believe something potentially bad is happening over there. I see from their SEC filings that they burned through the $10MM in cash raised less than one year ago and have a burn rate which could lead them into bankruptcy.
