PROMINENT CHILEAN POLITICIANS, BARRICK EXECUTIVES AND CANADIAN REGULATORS CALLED FOR QUESTIONING AT THE 23RD CIVIL COURT OF SANTIAGO
Mountainstar Gold Inc. has provided the latest Chilean Court decision obtained by Juan Guillermo Torres Fuentealba on behalf of Jorge Lopehandia versus the Chilean government and Barrick Gold Corp. Please visit SEDAR to view the court document.
Both Mr. Torres and Mr. Lopehandia have filed charges and provided evidence to the existence of a financial fraud in the Canadian and U.S. stock markets promoted and sold by Barrick Gold and Silver Wheaton.
The first called to the stand are former president Ricardo Lagos Escobar and Soledad Alver, Chilean signatories of the Pascua Lama protocol.
The owners of Barrick Chile 2 Ltda. and Minera Nevada SpA, who are currently under criminal charges in a file at Fiscalia Centro Norte as previously published by Mountainstar, will also appear in accordance with the initial order.
These are the first local witnesses to be called to the stand under warrant for their arrest and order to not leave the country if they refuse to appear in court.
At the same legal action, there is a list of new witnesses of the Chilean judicial system to get to the bottom of the Pascua Lama fraud.

On behalf of Mountainstar shareholders, the company is proceeding legally to recover its investment value and legal right to profit, hindered by the Toronto Stock Exchange, British Columbia Securities Commission and Barrick Gold.
