ECOB R/S STAY FAR AWAY approve an amendment to the Company’s Articles of Incorporation to effect a reverse stock split of the outstanding shares of the Company’s common stock, at a reverse stock split ratio of up to 1-for- 500, as determined by the Board of Directors in its sole discretion.
