You bet they are, and anyone who believes otherwise doesn't understand the business.

I've spent 25years in the business and know how these carriers / truckers think. They are very tight lipped about their operations. I've seen and witnessed spending thousands of dollars on wind deflectors and devices just to save a half mile per gallon. Switching to NatGas saves much more.
I see continued growth. This is just the start.
