This company is a total scam. Anyone actually read the filings? The CEO just gave himself 90% of the company. Criminal! The only customer the company has is itself!

Smells like David Tobias type of bogus stuff. That guy will be behind bars one day in my view. Zallen and Tobias could share a cell.

EVERY SINGLE STOCK Tobias is involved with is a worthless pump and dump, just like this one.

The closing price on 4/28 was 2.39. What is this talk of 40 cents???

This stock has lost 70% of its value since then! It's headed to a dime (if not bankruptcy)
