IF I do of course I will. Let's hope it makes sense to excercise that option. As I see it there are 4 potential catalysts for GBLX to fly,

1. Positive outcome on the rec vote.

2. PR's with pix of a completed facility with little baby magic plants beginning their 80-90 day journey.

3. The 10Q or PR announcing the harvest of their first crop and,

4. The 10Q announcing the proceeds in dollars of the sale of their first crop moving them from "pre-revenue" to major player.

If they fail at any of 2 through 4 I'll lose money.

If all 4 come to fruition it should be a 10 bagger or more on the stock and a 3 and 1/2 to 4 bigger on the warrants.

The real winner here (like always) is David. He buys a building for 3.9 million using at most $900,000.00, with debt service on the $3,000,000.00 balance of $15,000.00 a month including property taxes, gets 2,000,000 shares and $200,000.00 a month rent in return. If GBLX fails in any way, he sells the shares at minimum for $600,000.00 which covers 2/3rds of his DP and either finds another licensed producer to supply the mammoth returns OR at worst he adds this building on TECO to his existing $50,000,000.00 commercial property portfolio and probably gets a regular 10-12% ROI with tremendous tax advantages in the depreciation of the property.
