The four major networks in the US are visa, MasterCard, American Express and discover. Those networks connect the buyer and the seller together. When we Sue'd visa and MC for patent infringement, our patent was upheld but the federal court did not give us a win because visa and MasterCard don't make the chips or the cards. They just connect the buyer and the seller through their network. Without a network, our card does not work. That's why you can't find a CC without a network attached. That's why she is testing her card on a global payments network right now. Once testing is successful and completed, we will have a network behind us so we can finalize a sale with a bank.
