Mr. Weihao Cui has been Chief Executive Officer and President at YaSheng Group since August 11, 2016 and has been its Chairman of the Board since August 26, 2016. Mr. Cui was the deputy general manager of Gansu Yasheng Salt Chemical Industrial Group. He received his master degree in economics from Shandong Finance University in 1998 and is a Senior Economist. Mr. Cui also graduated from Qingdao Technology University in 1995.


Mr. Hai Yun Zhuang has been the Chief Financial Officer at YaSheng Group since March 2007 and also has been its Treasurer and Secretary since August 11, 2016. Mr. Zhuang served as the Chief Financial Officer of Gansu Salt Industrial Group from February 2005 to May 2006. From December 2003 to March 2007, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Yasheng Group. He served as a General Accountant of Gansu Salt Industrial Group from June 1998 to November 2003. He is a Senior Accountant and has over 15-year experience in business administration and finance of agriculture industry. He has been a Director of YaSheng Group since March 2007. Mr. Zhuang holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
