Imagination Park Announces Management Changes

Imagination Park Entertainment Inc. has made several new management changes as the company continues to strengthen its organization, including the appointment of Colin Wiebe as chairman of the board, Timothy Marlowe as president, Peter Watson as vice-president of strategic development and Justin James as a member of the advisory board.

Colin Wiebe

Mr. Wiebe is currently a director of the company, and now moves from his previous role of president to chairman of the board. Over the past several months, Mr. Wiebe has continued to demonstrate his creative passions and abilities with respect to the company, introducing new opportunities for the team through his network, and he was the founding artist behind the Imagination Park brand. He has over 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur in digital media, is a marketing expert, and was formerly the creative director for the Vancouver Sun and The Province newspapers. Mr. Wiebe also toured for two decades as lead singer with Randy Bachman (The Guess Who and BTO) and has four nationally released albums.

Mr. Tim Marlowe

Mr. Tim Marlowe is currently a Director and now becomes President of the Company. He is the owner and producer of Infinity Media Inc., has worked on over forty motion pictures and produced twelve. In 2014, he was the Executive Producer for "The Lady in Number 6" which won him an Academy Awardtrademark. Over the past several months in particular, Mr. Marlowe has demonstrated his growing production prowess and creative strengths, continuing to open new doors as Imagination Park begins to grow.

Mr. Peter Watson

Mr. Peter Watson has been appointed Vice President of Strategic Development of the Company. Peter is a Canadian based business executive with over 35 years in advertising, media, and film, as well as possessing a distinguished career in the capital markets with a focus on technology, media, and natural resources. Some of his past experience includes public and private sector roles such as sponsorship of Expo 86, director RR/FCB Advertising, Vice President Gallop & Gallop, Director Omni/Astral Media, as well as Co-Producer on a number of feature films. He is the President of Marquee Capital Partners and most recently investment manager of the Canadian Small Cap Resource Funds. Peter currently sits on a number of public and private company boards, and gives his time freely to numerous Canadian charitable organizations. His extensive business network, corporate finance, and overall strategic experience and entrepreneurial spirit will be invaluable to the Company going forward.

Mr. Justin James

The Company would also like to welcome Mr. Justin James as a member of the Advisory Board. Justin began his film and television career over 25 years ago as founding partner in Digital Alchemy, Vancouver's first 3D computer animation studio. During this time, he served as Director and Producer on numerous commercials, short films, and two episodes of the children's show 'Family Classics'. Justin then went on to form his own animation and effects company 'Brainstorm Production Inc., where he produced and directed 3D computer animation and digital effects for the television series 'The X-Files', 'The Net', 'Millennium', and 'The Cold Squad'. In 2000, Justin was contacted by Lost Boys Studios to assist in the development of in-house projects and marketing, while also serving as Producer on the feature film 'MVP: Most Vertical Primate', among several other productions. After reinventing Brainstorm Productions as a film production entity, Justin then developed and produced the award-winning feature film 'Comforting Skin' (Slamdance 2012 Official Selection). Most recently, Justin has been a freelance film and television development consultant for BLT Productions Ltd., serving as Associate Producer on the TV movie 'Last Chance Cafe' and as Co-Producer on the TV movie 'Daughter of the Bride'.

Meanwhile, the Company also announces the resignation of Mr. Joe Wowk from the Board of Directors, though he will continue to contribute his time as a consultant to the Company. The Company thanks Mr. Wowk for his energy and dedication to the Company in his previous tenure as a Director.

Finally, the Company has also granted an aggregate of 3,150,000 incentive stock options (the "Options") to certain directors, officers, and consultants. The Options are exercisable at a price of $0.15 for a period of five years from the date of grant.
