Bryan Slusarchuk says "we're just weeks away from commercial production" In an interview September 8.

But "weeks" is not very accurate, so I guess that could cover both end of September or end of year. Though he also talks about "almost immediate start-up of production" as a catalyst, so I suppose end of September is most likely.

OTOH we shouldn't expect full production before December, as he in an interview in July said that they planned to be in production by September, and then we'll see a ramp-up to a normalized rate by December.
